I still think a tax moratorium, across the board, even for just a month, would kick everything back into motion.

A tax credit or deduction or such for new employees, say for the first year of their employment, would probably solve the jobs problem overnight.

But I don&#039;t think that it is DC&#039;s intention to fix these problems. It it were, they would be trying things that have been proven to work, rather than things that have been proven not to work.</description>
