I still think a tax moratorium, across the board, even for just a month, would kick everything back into motion. A tax credit or deduction or such for new employees, say for the first year of their employment, would probably solve the jobs problem overnight. But I don't think that it is DC's intention to fix these problems. It it were, they would be trying things that have been proven to work, rather than things that have been proven not to work. Interesting.
