mkaback, your talking point ring very hollow. I dare say the every American would support a bill that would achieve your 5 points. However, this 2700 page bill does not. The American people know this and so do you.

Who really believes this latest socialist boondoogle has a fixed price tag of 2.5 trillion dollars ? Its the cumulative cost that counts and its the virtually unlimited cumulative cost of Obamacare that spells doom to our government, to our way of life and its intentional. The true goal of the Congressional Progressives (and that is an oxymoron if ever there was one) is to take our version of Western Civilization down and they will IF WE LET THEM !

But Michael, my dear friend, I couldn't sleep because the Congressional Budget Office had just released its findings that the national debt was going to increase $9.8 trillion (TRILLION) over the next decade which is more than a trillion more than President Obama had estimated. I know some people believe in Greek Gods bearing gifts, but look what's happened to Greece.

Ah, Mkaback extrapolates people's desire for lower costs, more competition, greater efficiency, etc. into support for the administration's healthcare bill. Who in the world wouldn't want those things? Hmmm, come to think of it, we heard the President's political advisor, David Axelrod, make almost the same case on national television. Now, just who is reading from who's playbook.

You repeatedly say the majority of Americans do not want the healthplan discussed. This is straight out of Republicanese jargon! Where is the data that asks the American people:
Do you not want lower health care costs?
Do you not want more competition in health care industry?
Do you want people with medical problems to be excluded from coverage?
Are you against making Medicare more efficient?
Are you against having well-to-do seniors pay a little more for Medicare benefits?
ETC. ETC.ETC. There are many other aspects of this plan which, polls and other data show Americans to be highly in favor of. You two have taken the Mitch McConnel blurb, hook, line, and sinker....
